Bookatechy is the brainchild of Vash Parsunoo, a Technology enthusiast with several years of professional IT experience.

Vash always used to be (and still is) the Techy among his friends and family.  He is the go-to person when your laptop is running very slow, when your pictures are nowhere to be found on your smartphone or when you need to buy a new printer.

Vash soon realised that there are many people out there who do not have easy access to a Techy, someone who has the expertise to advise and help them with their technology.  He came across people paying fortunes for the simplest of repair tasks, people not being clearly made aware of what repairs/servicing is required and why, people spending hours on the phone trying to get something fixed, people being sold expensive tech products that they don’t really need, and people being duped online by scammers and cyber criminals.

It was time for Vash to take matters into his own hands and thus Bookatechy was born!

Bookatechy’s mission is to ensure that technology repairs, maintenance and procurement (buying) is as simple and convenient as booking a taxi or ordering a takeaway, and that this is provided via a complete end-to-end service with world class customer service, by the best people in the business, technology experts.

Bookatechy’s aim is to ensure that you enjoy more of your technology device and spend less time trying to get it to work correctly, to ensure that you are confident that any device that you are buying fulfills your requirements and is cost-effective, to ensure that your technology devices,  your identity and children are safe from hacks and cyber attacks.

Bookatechy is constantly expanding its network of Techys and is working to provide technical support and consultation across every piece of technology at home: laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, tablet, smart home devices, TVs, Wi-Fi networks, etc.
